Mennonite farmers are proficient in barley production, employing sustainable and innovative farming practices to cultivate high-quality barley. They produce both feed and malting varieties, contributing significantly to local and international markets. Given the general aversion to alcohol in our community, several farmers are beginning experimentation with barley cultivation.
